Supportive, evidence-based Counselling for Navigating the Challenges, Transitions, and Complexities of Life.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not sure how to put what has been weighing on you into words . You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, grieving something that’s hard to name, or simply sensing that something needs to change. My role is to offer a curious and supportive space where you don’t have to have it all figured out before we begin.

I work with individuals, couples, and families using a trauma-informed, strengths-focused, and evidence-based approach to my practice. Therapy with me is collaborative and relational, and we move at a pace that feels right for you, shaping our work together based on your needs, values, and goals. My approach is grounded in an existential-humanistic perspective, which means we explore how your experiences, relationships, and life transitions have shaped the meaning you make of yourself and the world around you. I aim to show up as warm, reflective, and non-judgmental, while also offering honest feedback and gentle challenge when it’s helpful.

A central focus of my practice is supporting neurodivergent individuals and families across the lifespan. I work from a neuro-affirming lens that honours difference rather than deficit, helping clients better understand themselves, reduce shame, and navigate systems and relationships that may not always accommodate their needs. I also have a strong interest in working with perfectionism, as well as grief that is often overlooked or misunderstood, including ambiguous, disenfranchised, non-finite, anticipatory, and secondary grief experiences. These experiences can quietly shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world, and they deserve care and attention.

I integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), as well as Attachment-informed and mindfulness practices, always tailoring therapy to the person rather than asking the person to fit into a particular model. My professional background, alongside my lived experience, allows me to meet clients with empathy, humility, and deep respect for the complexity of their lives. I hold a strong appreciation for the individual, relational, historical, and cultural contexts that shape who we are.

Therapy doesn’t require perfection or certainty, only a willingness to show up and try your best, whatever that may look like. My intention is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, where growth is understood as a process rather than an outcome, and where meaningful change can unfold in ways that feel valuable for you.

Our Services

Individual Counselling
$150.00

Individual therapy offers space to explore, reflect, and better understand what’s shaping your inner world. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, navigating grief or identity questions, or trying to make sense of a life transition.

My work with individuals is collaborative and tailored to your lived experience and objectives. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and possibilities for change using evidence-based approaches at your pace.

Family Counselling
$175.00

Families are complex systems shaped by relationships, roles, stressors, and transitions over time, and over generations. When one part of the system is struggling, it often impacts everyone.

I work with any combination of family members to create space for understanding, collaboration, and more supportive patterns of interaction. With a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed lens, family therapy focuses on improving communication, reducing conflict, and supporting each family member’s needs. This is particularly important surrounding periods of transition, stress, or when navigating neurodivergence.

Relationship Counselling
$175.00

Relationships can be deeply meaningful, and also deeply challenging. Couples, coworkers, friends, etc., often come to therapy feeling disconnected, stuck in repeating cycles, or struggling to communicate in ways that feel safe and effective.

I help partners consider and better understand both their own needs and the relational patterns between them. My approach is strengths-based, with attention paid to attachment, emotional safety, and the broader contexts shaping your relationship. Therapy is a space to build awareness, deepen connection, and explore new ways of relating with honesty and care.
